MEETING ROOMS The space is filled predominately with private offices, but there is a large shared meeting/conference room in the middle of the space. Conference room is shared with all tenants and can be booked on a first-come, first-served basis with no additional cost.

PRIVACY All private offices are fully closed and private. The rest of the space houses a creative firm that has a scattered office presence.

TERM 3 month minimum for private offices, conference room rentals can be on an hourly or daily basis.
